  • So you already had a consultation and received your free online presence audit and custom strategy — now what? Once you let us know you’re ready, we’ll send you

    1. a contract to review and sign

    2. the New Client Onboarding form to send us any necessary information or files

    Once that’s squared away, we’ll initiate the down payment.

  • We work on a per project, monthly, or hourly basis.

    1. Per project requires a down payment prior to starting work and the rest upon completion of the project.

    2. Monthly entails one month paid upfront and then paid monthly.

    3. Hourly requires one hour paid upfront and then paid monthly if services were rendered in the previous month.

    We offer a variety of packages for Brand Foundation + Identity, Social Media, Video, Photography, and Graphic Design. However, we often provide custom quotes specific to your needs.

  • We believe that your active participation is crucial to the success of our collaboration. We encourage you to share your preferences, industry knowledge, and creative ideas in addition to the necessary information or assets needed to complete the work.

    Your feedback throughout the process ensures that the final outcome aligns with your vision and effectively represents your brand. The more involved you are, the more successful our partnership will be.

  • Upon your acceptance of the content produced by DigiBridge Media, you become the owner of that content. This means you have full rights to use, distribute, or legally protect the material as you see fit. It's important to note that while you're not obligated to use the content created, payment for all services rendered is still required.

    Additionally, by entering into an agreement with DigiBridge, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content we’ve produced on your behalf for our advertising purposes.

    This usage by DigiBridge does not affect your ownership rights or your ability to use or license the content to others.

  • When you start working with us, we ask you what your preferred method of communication is. We do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we do need to send invoices and important communication via email.

    Depending on your preferences, we only reach out via call or text if there is a quick question or update that needs to be addressed to perform our work.

    You can book a phone or video call via the Client Portal at any time.

    You can expect updates during scheduled calls, when something is ready for review, or we require more information to complete the work.

  • Your Client Portal is the perfect place to communicate more sensitive information, send files, complete your New Client Onboarding form, schedule a call, or send us a New Work Request form.

    No need to create a login! Use the email you have on file with us, and it’ll send you a login code.
